Excellent product, customer service and delivery. Had many questions and a couple of issues (delivery side) , but the folks here nailed it.

The product itself is very good too.

Thank you so much for your fantastic feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience and found the kit easy to understand and build.

The water blade, underwater lighting and light oak stain sound like great additions, and we’re sure the finished pond looks fantastic. It’s also great to hear that you found our help, advice and guidance useful throughout the process.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us!

We nemen uw feedback hierover zeker mee.

We’re delighted to hear that you were pleased with the design process, ordering, delivery, and overall product quality. It’s great to know the finished structure is meeting your expectations.

Regarding the greenish tint in the timber, you’re absolutely right that pressure-treated wood can initially appear more greenish in tone. This is a natural result of the treatment process and typically softens over time as the wood weathers and settles, especially with exposure to light and air.

We also appreciate you sharing your observation about the website imagery — feedback like this is very helpful as we continue to improve how we represent our products.

Thank you again for your trust, and we hope you enjoy your completed project for many years to come!
