I would say definitely needed. My handy man would have liked some numbering on the blocks, as I think my design made things a litte more complicated that a rectangle.
-
Thank you for your feedback!
We’re really pleased to hear you feel the product is worthwhile, and we appreciate your honest comments. That’s a helpful suggestion regarding numbering the blocks, especially for more complex designs—we can see how that would make assembly even easier and will pass this on to our design and production teams for consideration.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re glad you got it all successfully built.

Printed in color to easily identify each component which helped. Quality of paper could of been a little better but that's just personal preference. The protective folder for the instructions were a nice touch.

easy to assemble, bit of a faff with delivery. Should wood be cracking on capping?
-
Thank you for the 5-star review!
We are very sorry to hear that there is a delay with your delivery but pleased to hear that you are happy with your purchase.
As wood is a natural product, there is a tolerance of 3mm for cracks on our products. If the cracking increases over time, please contact us at [email protected]
We hope to see you again very soon

This is my second purchase, first used as raised pond.
This order was for a ****** width to rehome the koi that are getting bigger. Old one will become raised flower bed when complete
